Cool 'August' in July

One of the definitions of the word 'august' is 'celebrated,' and another is 'esteemed.' Well, our Cool, who is 'esteemed' always, was also 'celebrated' in July for her birthday. We BVGs weren't able to be with her on her actual birthday, due to vacations and family visitors. But two weeks after the fact we gathered at the Clubhouse--and, later, my house--to let her know how special she is to us and how much we love her like the Sister she is to us.  : )   It is never too late to say Happy Birthday, and here's why:

       "A COOL LIMERICK"

There once was a woman named Cool,
Who lived by the Golden Rule;
A friend of great worth,
To not celebrate her birth
Would be incredibly cruel.

By the way, July 2015 was not a 'cool' month at all. In fact, it was the warmest and driest July on record in Seattle. August 2015 started off hot, but suddenly it has cooled down. This has us wondering if we're going to have a 'cool August.'
